PRICES AND PAYMENT

All prices in the PLANET MIRIO online shop are expressed in EUR. By confirming the order, you accept the stated prices of that day. Each product has a base price determined and provided by the Seller. All prices are valid until they are replaced with new ones and the Seller reserves the right to change prices. The total price paid by the Customer consists of the basic price plus the cost of delivery, except for delivery within the territory of the Republic of Croatia.

ONLINE STORE REGISTRATION

You can shop as a registered or unregistered customer. By registering, you provide us with your information and allow us to use your information for marketing purposes.

PURCHASE

After you visit our online store and decide on one or more products you want to buy, by placing them in the shopping cart, you will be redirected to another page where, as a registered or unregistered customer, you can proceed with payment. After the payment has been made, the order has been sent. We receive an order confirmation together with a payment confirmation. After that, we send you a notification by e-mail that the order has been processed. The invoice is sent in a package, together with the ordered product(s).

DELIVERY

Unless there are exceptional circumstances that would prevent us from delivering the ordered products, we will endeavor to fulfill your order for the items specified in the Shipping Confirmation by the delivery date specified in the Shipping Confirmation. If no delivery date is specified, we will deliver the ordered items within a maximum of 30 days from the order confirmation date. If we do not deliver the items within 30 days of the order confirmation date, you are free to cancel the Contract, in which case we will reimburse you for the price paid for the items including any delivery charges you have paid. If delivery is delayed due to a situation beyond our control, we will contact you as soon as possible and take steps to minimize the effect of the delay. We are not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances. If there is a risk of a significant delay, you can contact us with a proposal to terminate the Agreement and we will return the money you paid. Delivery is considered completed when you or a third party named by you takes physical possession of the item, as evidenced by the Receipt of Receipt at the agreed address.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE

Planet Mirio has a 14-day return policy, which means that you have the right to withdraw from the Agreement, within 14 days from the day when you or a third party, other than the carrier, comes into physical possession of the ordered product. To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision with an irrevocable statement that you send to our e-mail address: info.miriodesign@gmail.com via the cancellation (return) form.
In order to meet the withdrawal notice deadline, it is sufficient to send us the completed form before the 14-day deadline expires.
You will return the items without undue delay, and in any case no later than 14 days from the day you sent us a notice of your withdrawal from this Agreement.

EFFECTS OF WITHDRAWAL FROM THE AGREEMENT

By withdrawing from the Agreement, we undertake to reimburse you for all money received, except for additional shipping costs resulting from your choice of delivery type.
Vaša uplata neće biti vraćena sve dok ne dođemo u posjed proizvoda koji su predmet povrata ili dok ne osigurate adekvatan dokaz da su predmeti vraćeni. Povrat uplaćenih sredstava izvršiti ćemo koristeći isto sredstvo plaćanja koje ste koristili za početnu transakciju osim ako se izričito ne dogovorimo drugačije.

All return items must be returned in their original packaging. You are responsible for any diminished value of the product resulting from improper handling.
